After finishing uni and then back packing in several countries, I returned to Adelaide not knowing what to do next. Fortunately I came into contact with The Australian School of Meditation & Yoga and my life changed for the better. 22 years later I am still walking the Yoga path and I have been teaching Meditation since the year 2000.
In 2008 I married and now have 2 beautiful kids. We are all trying to apply Yoga teachings to our daily lives and help each other and others to experience this wonderful way of life. My favourite aspect of the Yoga path is kirtan or chanting meditation. The chanting or singing of transcendental sound not only helps us to remember our true spiritual identity, but it gives us the nectar for which we are always anxious.
It brings us closer to knowing and loving God, which is the highest happiness to be found and the goal of life.
