Holistic Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor

Cindy is YOUnique Health and Wellbeing’s Holistic Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor. Cindy incorporates a variety of treatment methods into her practice, looking for long-term solutions rather than quick fixes. She can help with neck and back pain, headaches and many other long term conditions, such as fibromyalgia. She is passionate about Pilates and integrating core and postural strength into her practice. As part of her treatment modalities, she utilises nerve release techniques, Dry Needling, muscle and joint release and exercise prescription.

Cindy enjoy challenging herself and is constantly finding opportunities to further develop as a physiotherapist, a Pilates Instructor and as a person. She is a family orientated person and values the time she spends with her family and friends. Cindy is also passionate about volunteering to help out in the community and tutoring students.

Pilates is more than improving flexibility, building strength and developing endurance in the entire body. It is the about coordination, balance, alignment, controlling and most importantly breathing. It enhances your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
