Dietitian and Nutritionist
Michelle Allen is an accredited practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist. She graduated from Flinders University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is passionate about meeting people where they are at and using her knowledge of food and nutrition to journey with people in making the changes needed to meet their goals in life. Michelle is particularly interested in the practice of mindful eating, which is all about fostering a healthy relationship with food, learning to love our bodies – imperfections and all, valuing our health and seeing food as something to help us, not hurt us.
