Traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation Teacher

Yoga has changed since I began teaching in 1997…many classes today only offer the physical postures. I prefer to share Yoga in an Integrative way, offering specific practices that improve physical and mental health and emotional well-being to ensure total well-being is maintained. This usually leads to the ability to make better life directives, fosters healthier relationships and promotes living more in harmony with life and its challenges.

I offer traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation to enhance general health and wellness, balance the nervous system and build stamina and resilience in mind and body.

My home Yoga Studio in Norwood, South Australia accommodates groups of up to 10 people for a more personalised Yoga experience. Restorative Classes, Retreats and Training Workshops are also held both here and at various other venues.
